In addition, if the purchased item was that of our printables sets then we do not provide a refund for these types of products.
In addition,most of our items, while they are our designs, the physical items themselves are shipped via our print suppliers, and therefore, any returns or refund requests for these purchased items must be handled via the printing suppliers website ONLY, as the entire purchase is handled with them for our POD designs.
Therefore, we recommend that you fully examine the product you are about to purchase from our store section prior to making any type of printable and or digital printable purchases from us, along with our POD design links to ensure this is the item or items you wish to purchase, as we do not provide refunds for our digital printable items, and we thank you in advance for your understanding with this section of our refunds and/or returns policy section.

If you are not fully satisfied with your physical item purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, the gift receipt, or original packing slip. Our print suppliers will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.
This applies only to physical items we directly list on our website. If the item is purchased via one of our Print On Demand service providers, then you must work with them for any refund requests you might have. We encourage you to read our POD refunds policy and our other Refund policy sections before making any purchases with us to ensure you get what item you want, and expect. Thank you!
An item NOT marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
– Has one or more parts of accessories missing
– Does not match with what was ordered
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.Especially when requesting a refund from any of our POD print suppliers.
